Because our products are personalized and handcrafted with care, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is custom-made just for you, which means we can’t restock or resell it.
Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spellings, etc.) before placing your order; this helps us get everything just right!
If your item arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll absolutely make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can help as quickly as possible.
We’re not able to offer:
- Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect personalization
- Refunds for orders already in production or shipped
